Over-spray collection

Unique, high quality over-spray collection media are designed to:

retain their shape
stop and hold over-spray before it coats duct work, stacks and fans,
avoid the mess and expense of premature run-off,
minimize labor cost on clean-outs, and
minimize pollution and potential EPA fines.

Media that meet all these requirements can collect over-spray of various sizes. For example, independent testing shows:

EP Green can collect over 73% of 5-6 micron droplets, and all droplets 15 microns and larger at 150 fpm.
EP Red can collect over 93% of 5-6 micron droplets, and all droplets 12 microns and larger at 150 fpm.

The same Fiber Bond media is fabricated into collection filters with different depths and configurations to achieve the same efficiencies at higher airflow.
