Intake Air

Intake panels fabricated from media made at Fiber Bond can remove different size contaminants at airflow through 500 fpm. For example, independent testing shows:

DFM-4 panels can remove 99% of particles 4 microns and larger at 100 fpm.
DFM-8 panels can remove 99.95% of harmful 10 micron particles at 100 fpm.
Both I.S. panels and Dustlok® panels can remove 80% of 6 micron particles at 300 fpm or 80% of 10 micron particles at 500 fpm.
Pleat-Killer™ filters can remove 80% of 3 micron particles at 500 fpm.

The same Fiber Bond media can be fabricated into filters with different configurations to achieve the same efficiencies at higher airflow.
