Pressure Drop Goes Up on Final Filters,
but not on Pleated Pre-Filters

Stop wasting money now!   Don’t tolerate problems any longer.

Problem: When pressure drop goes up on final filters but not on pleated pre-filters, the pleats are not doing their job.

Perhaps the efficiency of the thin pleat media is not high enough so too much is blowing through the pleat. Perhaps there is not enough media depth to properly hold dust.

Perhaps there is by-pass between pleats. Particle-laden-air is taking the path of least resistance to go around the filter rather than through it.

Typical HVAC pleated filter

Pleat Killer™ filters or Dustlok® link filters

Solution: Pleat Killer™ filters and Dustlok® link filters do not use thin, surface-loading media. They both use carefully selected combinations of thick, graduated density media for depth loading.

Pleat Killer™ filters and Dustlok® link filters both have Dustlok® adhesive to lock dust in place in the filter. Dust can’t dislodge from vibrations.

There is no unloading with Pleat Killer™ filters or Dustlok® link filters. Efficiency increases throughout the entire life of the filter.
