Filters Need to be Changed Because Coils Getting Dirty

Stop wasting money now!   Don’t tolerate problems any longer.

Problem: Coils are getting dirty. It may seem like the filters are not being changed often enough.

The problem may be that the filters are unloading (previously trapped dirt is blowing through the filter), or vibrations are shaking dirt loose from the filter.

Typical dirty coil.  See the outline of the pleat frame?

Pleat Killer™ filters or Dustlok® link filters

Solution: There is no unloading with Pleat Killer™ filters or Dustlok® link filters. Efficiency increases throughout the entire life of the filter.

Pleat Killer™ filters and Dustlok® link filters do not use thin, surface-loading media. They both use carefully selected combinations of thick, graduated density media for depth loading.

Pleat Killer™ filters and Dustlok® link filters both have Dustlok® adhesive to lock dust in place in the filter. Dust can’t dislodge from vibrations.
