Coils Getting Dirty but Pressure
| ||||||
| Problem: Coils are getting dirty but pressure drop across filters is not increasing. This problem is normally seen with pleated air filters. Perhaps the efficiency of the thin pleat media is not high enough, so too much dust is blowing through the pleat. Perhaps there is by-pass between pleats. Particle-laden-air is taking the path of least resistance to go around the filter rather than through it. |
||||||
Pleat Killer filters and Dustlok® link filters both have Dustlok® adhesive to lock dust in place in the filter. Dust cant dislodge from vibrations in the system, or from handling during filter replacement. There is no unloading with Pleat Killer filters or Dustlok® link filters. Efficiency increases throughout the entire life of the filter. |
