Stitch Holes Leaking in Bag Filters

Stop wasting money now!   Don’t tolerate problems any longer.

Problem: Needles used for stitching typically make holes over 50 microns in diameter, much larger than the 1 to 5 micron particles the filter is intended to remove.

Perimeter stitching can allow leakage through the needle holes.

Glue covering internal stitch holes can become brittle, crack, and expose needle holes, allowing leakage.

Fiber Bond Multi-Wedge filters have leak-proof, welded perimeter and interior seals.

Solution: All Fiber Bond Multi-Wedge filters have welded perimeter seals and welded interior seals. There are no stitch holes.
