Storage and Handling - Space Limitation

Stop wasting money now!   Don’t tolerate problems any longer.

Problem: The metal frames of box filters are so bulky, only one can be packed in a carton. Each filter takes up 4 cubic feet in the warehouse.

The thin metal frames of box filters are easily bent in handling, during storage, and in staging for installation.

3 Typical Box filters

32 Multi-Wedge 45 filters, 24 Multi-Wedge 65 filters, 16 Multi-Wedge 85 filters, or 16 Multi-Wedge 95 filters

Solution: Multi-Wedge filters are made with a rigid, self-supporting design that does not require a metal box to remain erect without air flow.

Several Multi-Wedge filters are packed to a carton. They take up only 1/8 to 1/4 the storage space of a box filter.

The rugged construction of Multi-Wedge filters and the way they are packed in the carton make damage very unlikely during shipping and handling.
