Box Filters Damaged by Shipping and Handling

Stop wasting money now!   Don’t tolerate problems any longer.

Problem: The thin metal frames of box filters are easily bent in shipping and handling.

Straightening the frames, when possible, adds to installation labor cost.

Bent frames can damage the thin, delicate filter media. When this happens, the filter is useless.

If there are not enough filters available to finish the installation without the damaged filter, there may only be two choices: install the damaged filter even though it will allow particle-laden-air through the torn media, or reuse an old filter that has already completed its service life just to fill the hole.

Multi-Wedge filter

Solution: Multi-Wedge filters are made with a rigid, self supporting design that does not require a metal box to remain erect in the air stream.
